25God made the wild animals(A) according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds.(B) And God saw that it was good.(C)

26Then God said, “Let us(D) make mankind(E) in our image,(F) in our likeness,(G) so that they may rule(H) over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky,(I) over the livestock and all the wild animals,[a] and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”

27So God created(J) mankind(K) in his own image,(L)
in the image of God(M) he created them;
male and female(N) he created them.(O)
